Operation Jack’s Village 2026 Legislative Mission

Purpose: We, the undersigned residents and families of Oldsmar, respectfully urge our City Council and City Management to formally endorse Operation Jack’s Village’s 2026 legislative mission, a mission that empowers Oldsmar families and adolescents to navigate life’s challenges with dignity, clarity, and community-rooted support.

This initiative reflects the enduring legacy of Ransom Eli Olds, who envisioned Oldsmar as a model city built on health, wealth, and happiness. Today, we face our own challenges, hurricane losses, stalled infrastructure, and economic uncertainty, but we also hold the power to shape a future that begins with youth and ends with legacy.

But unlike a century ago, we now understand that long-term sustainability begins with youth. That system must be designed to restore sacred trust, honor developmental timing, and model development, not just fund another program.

An Operation J.V. Hubs with Navigate IRL is not just a policy initiative; it is a community commitment. It reflects the very values R.E. Olds held dear: innovation, integrity, and a future vision that includes every generation. By endorsing this mission, Oldsmar can become a demonstration city, a place where families are supported, adolescents are seen, and dignity is embedded into every layer of civic life.

We believe that now IS the time. To act with courage. To lead with clarity. To ensure that Oldsmar’s legacy is not just remembered but renewed.
