  • Rahul N. Mehra, M.D. is the creator and founder of Emotional Vaccines®, a resource designed to build individual, organizational, and community wide resiliency in a manner that is scalable and leads to meaningful outcomes for emotional well-being. By training, Dr. Mehra is a Board- Certified Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist, and has been in practice in the Tampa Bay area for over 35 years. He has held multiple physician executive leadership positions such as Medical Director of Gracepoint Wellness, Directions for Living (Clearwater), Joshua House, and Children’s Home Network as examples. His direct patient work has focused on children in foster care for over 25 years and assisting professional athletes in football, baseball, and soccer with life’s challenges. Dr. Mehra has lived a life of dedication to serve others and as such has received numerous awards for community service. Dr. Mehra’s passions lie with faith, family, and friends. He is joyfully married to his wife, Cathy, and has two daughters, and two precious granddaughters. Travel, exercise, and finding hole in the wall eateries occupy his free time.

  • Kelly helps adolescents and adults to overcome anxiety and trauma by using mindfulness, hypnotherapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). She is an accomplished writer of story books on overcoming mental health and behavioral challenges with mindfulness. When she’s not working or writing, she loves to hang out with her family, practice Spanish, learn Korean, and she stays active learning Jiu-Jitsu.

  • Tina enthusiastically provides camaraderie to everyone she engages with in the community. Her warm welcoming personality reaches thousands if it be on stage, radio, podcasts, TV, or in the community. With over 25 years of professional experience in Social Work, Education, and Juvenile Justice, Tina’s gift of networking in addition to her ability to educate, coordinate events, manage non-profits, evaluate contracts, and direct programs equips her in strengthening all relationships and building effective programs to support students success. Her passion in helping young people successfully become substance free and healthy is her utmost legacy. Tina truly loves life and brings her positive energy to her professional and personal life experiences.Item description

  • Ms Russo graduated from the University of Florida, Summa Cum Laude, with a degree in Sociology. She is an entrepreneur, licensed health care administrator, licensed medical & sports therapist, wellness coach and fitness expert for over 20 years. She has been certified through AFAA and SCW fitness and is a self defense instructor who holds a fifth degree black belt in martial arts . She owned and operated Gold's gym, (current) Preventative and Medical Rehab Inc, and is the president and founder of SuperFit Kidz Foundation. Ms. Russo has also served as the chair for the kids walk for the American Cancer Society (ACS). She also leads a support group for the past seven years for NAAF (the National Alopecia Areata Foundation) for Tampa, Florida.
