  • Operation Jack’s Village (OJV) is Oldsmar’s hyperlocal, community anchored support system for youth and families. We strengthen the everyday environments where young people grow by aligning city partners, OSSA members, schools, and volunteers around a shared developmental framework.

    We exist to ensure Oldsmar youth have what they need to Survive with stability, Thrive through belonging, and Drive toward purpose and opportunity — all within the Navigate Adolescence, Unlock Potential architecture.

    OJV reflects Oldsmar’s identity as a close knit, family oriented, small town community where neighbors support neighbors and civic pride is lived out through action.
